Refund Policy

Short version: if a kveik app isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked.

1. Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts when the contract is formed.

2. Digital content

The apps are digital content delivered immediately. The statutory right of withdrawal expires once you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose that right. Regardless of this, we voluntarily offer a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number (from your purchase confirmation). That’s all we need.

4. Processing

We confirm your request promptly and refund to the same payment method you used at checkout — usually within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.
