Why kveik
A living culture, passed on.
kveik is a Norwegian farmhouse brewing yeast, handed down for generations from farm to farm. If a brewer’s culture died out, they got fresh culture from a neighbour — a family of related strains from one shared origin, keeping each other alive.
This house works the same way. Each tool stands on its own, yet they spring from the same culture — shared DNA, shared building blocks, one account. And kveik literally means to kindle: the spark that catches.
